The telepathy criminals can reach to the victims house using “tracks” or a way where they put marks  using spells. As they reached to the victims place, they normally situated on the roof while watching the victims activities.  Additionally, they put spells on the victims floor as their marks where they could always see the victims. As you could see, there are three different point of entry here or a place where they normally situated, while attacking the victims;

• Roof

• Wall

• Floor

These three will be the place, where we put the protection against telepathy criminals. The roof protection is something that could prevent them to stay or it make them itch, irritated or it could hurt them. We have to create a “black plastic sharp edges wind mill or spinner that running on a solar.” A couple of them on top of the roof would be better. Do not forget to put a small “cone” shape on the center, to prevent them to see the entire house. For the wall, and ceiling, we could use the “salt” either black or white, to make them irritated or itch. Then, for the floor, we can use the thick “black carpet” so the spells will not reach to  the floor.
